Cancellation Policy Agreement:

 At Thairapy Salon El Paseo, we take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, we require financial stability, and enforcing our cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. To confirm your appointment, we require a retainer fee which will be applied to your service. $25.00 for gentlemans haircuts. $50.00 for all other services. At this time all deposits will be accepted through Square,  Zelle,  or Venmo. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy as outlined below:

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule to a later time.

Illness:

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients is of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service.

 

To ensure efficient scheduling and respectful treatment of our time, we kindly request that you refrain from changing your scheduled service within 48 hours of your appointment. In the event that you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the full service will be charged. For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 48 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 

In the rare instance that we need to reschedule your appointment, we assure you that any deposit made will be applied towards your next scheduled appointment. Our policies are in place to protect our business and to ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service.

 

It's important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with us to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. We strongly advise against taking time off work or other commitments to receive our services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result.

 

We want to compliment what we feel is our best accessory, your hair! Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we try our best. We pour our heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered!

While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If for some reason we missed the mark or you think we didn't achieve your expectations, we're happy to offer ONE revision. Please give us a call before the two-week mark after your appointment, and we'll make the needed adjustments for your desired look.

 

Now, let's talk about the fine print. We're counting on you to follow the care instructions we provide you with. Think of them as your secret recipe for maintaining that gorgeous mane. Remember, fabulous hair requires a little TLC from time to time. So, promise us you'll treat your locks like royalty, and we'll keep them looking beautified!

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. You agree to be responsible for any charges resulting from a violation of this policy. Please note that we require a signed copy of this agreement before we can proceed with your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
